About The Path of Meditation (Dhyana & Japa)
We don't offer generic, eyes-closed meditation. In our HSR Layout studio, we practice active techniques like Tratak (candle gazing) and rhythmic Japa chanting to actually anchor your focus. You get the physical support of a dedicated space, ghee lamps, and our guidance, helping you stop the endless mental scrolling and start sitting with yourself.
Meditation is often misunderstood as simply doing nothing. At Aikia Yogashala, we teach it as an active discipline. Whether you are struggling with professional burnout or just looking to build a consistent morning routine, we offer structured paths to quiet the mind.
The Path We Teach
- Tratak (Candle Gazing): We use ghee lamps to focus the eyes and steady the nervous system. It is a powerful way to improve concentration and cleanse the mind of clutter.
- Japa (Mantra Repetition): We treat mantra chanting as a vibration. It is a tool to transform your internal voice into a calm, rhythmic state.
- Antar Mauna (Inner Silence): This is for the practitioner ready to observe the layers of thought without attachment.
Why Join Us
We are located in HSR Layout, but our community extends online. Our morning Sadhana starts at 5:15 AM because we believe discipline is the first step to freedom. This is not a drop-in meditation app experience. We build a routine that sticks. If you are ready to move past the surface and build a daily practice, come sit with us.
