Coach's Corner: The 'Sahi Tarika'

My funda is simple: form matters most. In these videos, I personally break down the 'sahi tarika' (correct method) for key exercises, explaining the biomechanics in simple terms. I show you what to do and what common mistakes to avoid so you get maximum benefit with minimum risk.
