I keep a strict watch on every rep at my Rohini studio, ensuring you use the full range of motion so your effort actually translates into results, not just fatigue.

I don't care how much weight is on the bar if your lower back is rounding or your knees are caving in. You will hear me say 'Hold kar' because that isometric pause is where the real connection to the muscle happens.
