About Our Fitness Philosophy

Most gym-goers rely on momentum to move weight, but that is how injuries happen. My philosophy is built on 'sahi tarika' or correct form. Whether you are using an Olympic barbell or a kettlebell, I ensure you maintain a full range of motion to get real muscle contraction instead of just going through the motions.

Why Form Comes First

Many people think fitness is just about sweating or tiring themselves out, but that is a mistake. If your form is bad, you are wasting your time and risking injury. My background as a Powerlifting and Running champion taught me that biomechanics are everything. At XLR8 in Prashant Vihar, I personally check every rep. You will not find me letting anyone 'cheat' reps just to inflate their numbers.

Functional Strength for Real Life

We do not just chase a number on the scale. My functional training sessions involving sled pushes, tire flips, and battle ropes are designed to build a body that is strong for daily life, not just for the gym floor. This approach increases your resting metabolism more effectively than standard cardio because we focus on compound movements like squats and deadlifts that engage multiple muscle groups.
