Street fighting isn't about style. It's about ending a threat in seconds. I teach you how to escape chokes, grabs, and locks using simple moves that actually work when you need them most.

When someone grabs your collar in a street fight, their biggest mistake is getting close. I teach you how to use a headbutt and a simple throw to take them down instantly. This is a dangerous but effective close combat technique.

The rear naked choke is a dangerous hold that can finish anyone. I demonstrate an advanced defense to escape this choke, turn the tables on your attacker, and finish the fight.

Here is another effective counter for the rear naked choke. The key is to not panic, create space, and use your body's leverage to break the hold and get into a dominant position.

The master lock is a common hold used in street fights to control you from behind. I show you how to escape by targeting a weak point like a finger, breaking their grip, and applying a counter-lock.

In school or college fights, getting your head pushed down is common. I demonstrate a technique using your legs to reverse the position when you can't use your hands, giving you the upper hand.

When an attacker grabs you with both hands, you can use their momentum against them. Here's a quick technique to break the grip, deliver a strike, and throw them to the ground.

If someone grabs you from behind in a tight bear hug, you need to act fast. I teach a sequence of a headbutt, a knee strike, and a takedown to escape and neutralize the threat.

When an attacker gets in your face and grabs you, there are multiple targets. I show you how to strike the neck and chin to break their hold and follow up with strikes on the ground.

A suplex is an advanced but very effective takedown for a headlock. I break down the steps to control your opponent's body, lift, and throw them powerfully.

When a wrestler or grappler tries to take you down against the cage in an MMA fight, you need a strong defense. I demonstrate how to spread your legs, lower your center of gravity, and use an underhook to prevent the takedown.
