Step inside the XFF dojo. This is where fitness meets real-world discipline, whether you are training for competition or just want to feel strong and capable.

A quick look at my dojo in Khar. This is where we train, sweat, and become stronger together. It's more than a gym; it's a community.

My team at XFF. Our rule is simple: if you are weak, stay home and get strong. If you are strong, then you can face any enemy. We build strength together.

A shot of me in my dojo. The space is designed for serious training, with a cage, punching bags, and everything needed for MMA and kickboxing.

Health is the greatest blessing. Here you see the results of hard work and dedication in the gym. Strong back, strong fighter.

A demonstration I did at Jai Hind College. It's important to show young people the power of discipline and physical fitness.

A memory from a demonstration at Saboo Siddik College. I enjoy sharing my skills and inspiring the next generation of fighters.

About The XFF Dojo: Training & Community

This isn't a standard gym where you just count reps. At my Khar dojo, we train for real-life situations on the mats and in the cage. Whether you are working on ground survival or striking fundamentals, every drill here is designed to build actual combat readiness and mental toughness.

The XFF Way

My dojo is not a place for showy moves. It is a space for substance. When you walk in, you see the cage, the heavy bags, and the mats—these are the tools of our trade. My approach, which I call 'Sukoon mein Kaamyaabi' (success in peace), is about building a foundation of fitness that keeps you calm and in control, no matter what happens on the street or in the ring.

What You Experience

Training here means you are part of a community. You will train alongside diverse groups—from students and office professionals to actors and seasoned fighters. My curriculum is built on these pillars:

  • Striking Fundamentals: Proper footwork, stance, and 'heavy hand' techniques for kickboxing and boxing.
  • Practical Self-Defense: Maneuvers for common street scenarios, including grab escapes and vital point strikes.
  • Ground Game: BJJ and Wrestling drills to help you escape pins and control an attacker.
  • Conditioning: High-intensity workouts using animal flows and bodyweight training to increase stamina.

Why Train Here?

There is a difference between sport and survival. I teach both. You get the discipline of a fighter and the practical skills to protect yourself. We keep the groups focused so I can give personal attention to form and technique. Whether you are at our Khar, Andheri, or Navi Mumbai locations, the standard of training remains the same: hard work, sweat, and no excuses. If you are weak, you come here to get strong. If you are strong, you come here to sharpen your blade.
