I teach you to handle sudden threats by exploiting an attacker's weak points. This isn't about fancy martial arts forms; it is about simple, aggressive techniques that work when you are caught off guard.

I start my women's self-defense workshops by explaining the difference between martial arts, street fighting, and self-defense. My goal is to teach you how to handle a sudden threat, even if you have no prior training.

In this workshop, I explain the concept of vital points. Self-defense is about using less strength to cause more damage by targeting areas like the eyes, throat, and groin.

During a corporate workshop, I answer questions about common attack scenarios. Here, I explain how to use biting and strikes to the groin to defend yourself in a close-quarters struggle.

I demonstrate a simple escape for when someone grabs you from behind. The technique is to step back, strike the groin, and break the grip with a sharp downward motion.

This is from one of my women's self-defense workshops. My goal is to empower every woman with the confidence and skills to feel safe and in control. Seeing this group ready to learn and defend themselves gives me great pride.

Here I am being interviewed by News18 about my training methods, especially for women. I explain how even a simple elbow block can be used to deter an unwanted advance.

I was featured on Prime 24 Media for a self-defense workshop I conducted. We believe self-defense is a life skill that every woman and child should learn to build confidence.

An article in "Our Nations Voice" covering a self-defense workshop I conducted for a pageant. It's important to teach women to be warriors and take responsibility for their own safety.

A self-defense event for women. Learning these skills is life-altering. It builds a confidence that empowers you in every aspect of your life, making you feel comfortable and in control wherever you go.

About Women's Self-Defense: Empowerment & Safety

In these sessions, we don’t focus on complex kicks or showy moves that fail when you panic. We focus on anatomy. Whether it is a hair grab or a rear choke, I teach you to exploit the attacker’s weak points like the eyes, throat, or groin to escape immediately. It is about using your natural reflexes, not memorized patterns, to neutralize a threat and get away safely.

Why Simple Survival Works

Street fighting is not a sport. There are no refs, no rules, and no points. Most people freeze because they expect a fair fight. My training is about breaking that freeze. We strip away the unnecessary and focus on 'Heavy Hand' theory—using elbows, knees, palm strikes, and even biting to inflict maximum damage with minimum energy. If someone grabs you, you don't need a black belt; you need to know exactly which vital point to hit to make them let go.

What We Cover

  • Escape Mechanics: How to break collar grabs, hair pulls, and rear chokes instantly.
  • Vital Point Targeting: Learning where to strike (throat, groin, eyes) to disable an attacker who is physically stronger.
  • Situational Awareness: We run drills on handling carjackings, elevator threats, and being followed, so your mind is ready before your body has to move.
  • Using Improvised Weapons: Turning everyday items like keys, pens, or even the floor into your defense.

My Approach to Empowerment

I have trained women for corporate workshops at firms like TATA and pageant contestants, and the result is always the same: a shift in mindset. You stop being a victim and start looking at your surroundings as a strategist. We offer group classes at our XFF dojos in Khar West, Andheri West, and Navi Mumbai, as well as private 1-on-1 intensive modules. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your instincts, this training is about building the confidence to walk anywhere in Mumbai without fear.
