Practical Martial Arts & Self-Defense Training
I train individuals, groups, and corporate teams in realistic self-defense. Whether you are a student, an employee, or simply looking to build personal confidence, I focus on practical techniques that work in real-world scenarios.
It was an honour to conduct a self-defense workshop for the students at NMIMS. We teach practical, effective techniques that empower individuals, especially women, to feel safe and confident in any situation.

Our martial arts and karate workshops in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, combine traditional training with functional fitness. We take training outdoors to build resilience and adaptability.

About Practical Martial Arts & Self-Defense
When I conduct self-defense sessions, I do not focus on flashy movie moves. We practice how to escape from real-world threats like wrist grabs or chokeholds using basic, everyday items you carry, like pens or keys. It is about simple, repeatable actions that you can execute under pressure to create the gap needed to get away safely.
Corporate & Group Workshops
I bring the mat to your campus or office. My team covers situational awareness, de-escalation, and hands-on release techniques for up to 30 participants per workshop. We have trained students at institutions like NMIMS, focusing on empowering women with the skills to defend themselves confidently in public spaces.
Functional Martial Arts
My karate training in locations like Seawoods and Ghatkopar goes beyond belts and forms. I emphasize functional fitness, using sand resistance for jumps or heavy bag work for conditioning. You learn the full range: Karate, kickboxing, and bodyweight conditioning. My method focuses on the mental fortitude required to stay calm when you are threatened.
My Training Method
Training with me is rigorous. I use 1:1 supervision for stunt work and high-risk maneuvers to ensure safety above all else. If you join our camps, be prepared for a full-day schedule involving everything from nunchaku training to traditional athletic games. I do not promise instant results. I promise consistent improvement through repetitive, tactical drills and disciplined practice.
