I train individuals, groups, and corporate teams in realistic self-defense. Whether you are a student, an employee, or simply looking to build personal confidence, I focus on practical techniques that work in real-world scenarios.

It was an honour to conduct a self-defense workshop for the students at NMIMS. We teach practical, effective techniques that empower individuals, especially women, to feel safe and confident in any situation.

A glimpse from a self-defense workshop specifically for women. I teach simple but highly effective techniques to counter common attacks, building both skills and confidence.

Our martial arts and karate workshops in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, combine traditional training with functional fitness. We take training outdoors to build resilience and adaptability.

Technical training during our winter camp. Students practice karate kicks and forms (kata) in a natural environment, improving their focus and technique under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Beach training for our karate students, focusing on athletic drills like high jumps and broad jumps. The sand adds resistance, making the workout more challenging and effective.

Strength and teamwork drills at our winter training camp. Students use resistance bands to build explosive power for their martial arts techniques.

Our training camps include athletic events like relay races and shot put. This helps in developing all-round fitness and a healthy competitive spirit among students.

A look at our kickboxing training session. We focus on cardio, strength, and technique, including jumping jacks, crunches, and heavy bag work for a complete workout.

About Practical Martial Arts & Self-Defense

When I conduct self-defense sessions, I do not focus on flashy movie moves. We practice how to escape from real-world threats like wrist grabs or chokeholds using basic, everyday items you carry, like pens or keys. It is about simple, repeatable actions that you can execute under pressure to create the gap needed to get away safely.
