About Corporate & College Workshops
These are not just demos. I get your team on their feet for a 3-hour session covering the Big 5 moves: Jab, Cross, Front Kick, Knee Strike, and basic blocks. It is about situational awareness, not just fitness, so everyone leaves knowing how to handle real-life risks.
In our workshops, we strip away the theory. My goal is to make your team capable of handling a threat before it becomes a fight. As I always say, 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Hey brother, watch your step).
What the 3-Hour Intensive Covers
We keep the format fast-paced and practical.
- Essential Techniques: We focus on the Big 5: Jab, Cross, Front Kick, Knee Strike, and blocks. These are the foundations of striking that work regardless of your fitness level.
- Situational Defense: We run drills for common scenarios like wrist releases and defense against hair grabs. You learn to spot danger before it happens.
- Safety Theory: We cover directional awareness and how to maintain distance. Sometimes the best fight is the one you avoid.
Why Bring Me In?
I am a Gold Medalist and an International Certified Black Belt, but more importantly, I am a coach who cares about the community I build. Whether you are a college organizing an orientation or a corporate team looking for a wellness activity, I bring the same energy I use to train fighters. We do not use jargon. We use movement.
We can host these at your campus or office premises across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. No personal gear is needed, as I provide all the pads and safety equipment for the session. My workshops are designed for groups of 15 to 30 participants to ensure everyone gets feedback on their form and stance.
