About this collection
This is not a fancy gym with air conditioning or mirrors for show. This is a working dojo built for results. Whether we are drilling takedowns in the cage or using heavy bags to build striking power, every inch of this space is designed to simulate real fight scenarios, not just fitness routines.
When you walk into an XFF dojo, you immediately understand that we are here for one thing: training. I have designed my facility to be as practical as possible because street fights and competitive bouts do not happen in climate-controlled rooms. We have a regulation-size cage for transition work, heavy bags for conditioning, and training dummies that allow you to practice throws and ground strikes without needing a partner for every single drill.
My training methodology focuses on three pillars: technical precision, functional fitness, and mental toughness. You will see me demonstrating techniques like the tornado kick or nunchaku handling, but these are just tools to develop your coordination and reflexes. We do not just do reps; we drill specific responses to chokes, weapon threats, and multiple attackers.
Whether you are training at my Khar, Andheri, or Malabar Hill dojos, or I am traveling to your location, the curriculum remains the same: practical, proven, and effective. We focus on fundamentals like stance, balance, and explosive power, ensuring that even beginners understand how to generate force safely. This is the place to test your limits. If you have the guts to put in the work, my mats are open for you.
