About this collection
These matches are not just for professional fighters. We organize these bouts so you can test your striking or grappling under real pressure, with a referee watching. It helps you understand your own limitations and strengths better than any standard workout ever could.
When you train, you learn techniques. When you compete, you learn how to use them. Our XFF Fight Nights are designed to bridge that gap. We host regular inter-club events across our Mumbai locations like Bandra and Khar, providing a safe but realistic environment for you to step into the cage.
We keep the format organized so you get the right kind of exposure. Depending on your interest, you can compete in:
- Boxing: 3 rounds of 2 minutes each.
- BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu): One 5-minute round.
- MMA: 3 rounds of 3 minutes each.
This is not a street fight. We have referees, protective gear, and strict safety protocols to ensure you walk away having learned something. Whether you are prepping for a movie stunt role, looking to lose weight, or simply want to know how you react when someone is actually trying to hit you, this is the environment for it. Family and friends are welcome to watch, so you have the support you need when you step in.
Shafiq Shaikh
I am Shafiq Shaikh, and I lead the XFF dojo here in Mumbai. I believe training only has value when it holds up in a real fight, which is why I push my students to test their skills in our regular club events. You will learn to handle the nerves, protect yourself, and fight with discipline.
