About this collection
Real fighting has no rules. Whether you are training for professional kickboxing or learning to escape a street attack, we focus on functional movements. You will not find fancy AC or treadmills here. You will find focus mitts, Thai pads, and heavy bags designed to turn you into a fighter who knows exactly where to strike and how to finish a fight in seconds.
At XFF, we do not do cardio just for the sake of sweating. Every session is a preparation for real-world scenarios. My training methodology combines striking arts like Boxing and Muay Thai with essential grappling techniques from BJJ and Wrestling. If you are starting, we build your base: stance, balance, and power generation. If you are advanced, we go into cage work, transitions, and high-level submissions.

I teach students how to use basic tools, like a t-shirt or just their own knuckles, to neutralize threats without relying on strength alone.
