MMA Classes for Kids: Discipline and Self-Defense
Building more than just fighters. My training for kids is about developing focus, discipline, and confidence in a controlled, safe environment.
A look inside my kids' MMA batch in Khar. You can see them learning stances, participating in drills, and sparring with protective gear. We build future champions, both in life and in the ring.
My student Ayesha Shaikh practicing her ground and pound on a grappling dummy. Even my youngest students learn real MMA techniques in a safe and controlled way.
About this collection
My approach with kids is simple: discipline first, fighting second. We don't just jump into sparring. Every session focuses on body control, correct stance, and respecting the dojo. Whether they are learning basic strikes or movement drills, I ensure they train with protective gear so safety is never compromised while they build their skills.
Many parents think MMA is only about fighting, but at XFF, it is about life skills. When a child learns how to block a strike or hold a stance, they are learning focus. When they practice drills with a partner, they are learning empathy and respect.
My batches are designed to be age-appropriate. We strip away the aggression and focus on the fundamentals—stamina, coordination, and mental toughness. We utilize the dojo space to build functional fitness using bodyweight drills that are safe for developing bodies.
I treat every kid the same way I treat my professional fighters: with honesty and strict discipline. They learn that there is no shortcut to being strong. Whether it's our Khar, Andheri, or Malabar Hill location, the environment is the same—traditional, focused, and free from distractions. If you are looking to get your child off the screen and onto the mat to build real-world confidence, let’s talk.
