About this collection

You see the results in these videos, but understand that there is no magic pill here. Whether it is an actor preparing for a role or a regular student wanting to lose weight, we focus on movement mechanics, consistent drills, and discipline. The transformation happens because we fix your form, correct your posture, and get you moving the right way, not just counting reps.

At XFF, my philosophy is simple: we don't train for the mirror, we train for life. When you join, you are not just signing up for a weight loss program. You are entering a traditional dojo environment where the focus is on functional fitness, striking techniques, and practical self-defense.

The XFF Approach

We move away from the standard commercial gym model. You won't find AC and fancy vanity machines here. What you will find are heavy bags, focus mitts, and a community of people who are here to work hard.

  • For Fitness & Weight Loss: We use HIIT, MMA drills, and kickboxing fundamentals to burn fat, but we also teach you how to move effectively. My students, like the ones you see in this gallery, often see changes in just 15 days because we pair high-intensity movement with actual technical training.
  • For Combat Skills: Whether it is boxing, grappling, or cage work, the fundamentals remain the same. Discipline is everything. If you are training for a movie role, a competition, or just personal safety, the process is the same: consistency and technique.

Where We Train

We have a strong presence across Mumbai, including my home base in Khar West, along with centers in Andheri West, Malabar Hill, and Navi Mumbai. If you cannot reach the dojo, I also provide personal training sessions at your home or local gym.
