A look inside our beginners batch. Students learn the fundamentals of MMA, including stance, shadow boxing, bag work, and basic drills in a supportive group setting.
Sparring day is where skills are tested. Students gear up with shin guards and gloves for controlled sparring sessions, learning to apply their techniques against a partner in a safe environment.
Our Saturday sparring sessions are a key part of our training. Here, students practice their offense and defense inside the ring under the watchful eye of our coaches.
Training with purpose. This video shows students practicing powerful kicks on the heavy bag and working on technique with a coach, focusing on form and impact.
Training should be challenging, but also fun. We foster a positive environment where students can push their limits, learn new skills, and enjoy the process of getting better together.
A look at our combined batch where students of different levels train together. Everyone is expected to show up and practice every day to progress towards their goals.
About this collection
You don't need to be fit to start, you start to get fit. Every session in our cage covers fundamental stance, footwork, and bag drills, followed by controlled sparring where you learn to apply technique under pressure—not just aimless hitting.
Training Structure
We don't do fluff. Whether you are a total beginner or prepping for your next bout, every class is structured to maximize your output. We run fixed batches 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
What you actually do in class:
- Conditioning: We start with high-intensity warm-ups—skipping, bear crawls, and bodyweight circuits to wake up the muscles.
- Technique: You drill stance, footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, and roundhouse kicks. This is the foundation.
- MMA Foundations: We cover grappling basics, takedown defense, and ground positioning on our matted zones.
- Controlled Sparring: Once you have the basics, you step into the professional MMA cage (Octagon). We use full protective gear, and I supervise every exchange. It is about precision and learning, not getting hurt.
Why this approach works
Most people look for easy fixes. We look for growth. By training in a communal setting, you are forced to level up alongside your peers. You learn to stay calm when you are tired and precise when you are under pressure. If you are ready to show up, work hard, and leave your ego at the door, you will see the results in your stamina, confidence, and skill level. We have trained fighters, actors, and total beginners who just wanted to get their lives in order. The cage does not lie; you get out exactly what you put in.
