This isn't about looking good in a mirror. It's about building the power, reflexes, and mental toughness to handle real-world situations, whether that's at the dojo or on the street.

A strong, straight punch is one of the most important tools in self-defense. We drill the basics until they are perfect, focusing on power and precision.
