About Boxing & Striking Skills

At our club, coaching isn't hands-off. Whether you are hitting pads or sparring inside the cage, our coaches are right there on the mat, yelling corrections and adjusting your guard. You will not just learn a jab-cross combo; you will learn why and how it breaks an opponent's rhythm, making sure your technique works in real life, not just on the bag.

For us, the mat is a mandir. Boxing and kickboxing here are not about looking good for a camera; they are about 'mehnat kar' (hard work) and building real, functional ability. We teach you to control your distance, manage your breath, and stay calm under pressure.

Every session includes specific drills to sharpen your speed, footwork, and accuracy. You might start with shadow boxing to understand movement, move to tennis ball drills for reflex training, and end with rounds of pad work to build power.

We operate centers in both Vashi and Nerul East, where beginners and pros train side-by-side. You will find men, women, and kids all pushing themselves.
