You won't find flashy moves or gym ego here. My combat conditioning is built to forge real strength and mental grit, using functional drills that prepare your body for the unpredictable stress of a real-world confrontation.

A strong core is the foundation of all power. Here, my students are building abdominal strength and endurance with leg raises, a fundamental exercise for generating force in strikes and grappling.

We mix core conditioning with striking drills to train your body to perform under fatigue. This sequence of floor exercises and bag work simulates the exhaustion of a real fight, building both physical and mental stamina.

This is functional strength training. Using medicine balls for sit-ups adds resistance, building explosive core power that translates directly to more powerful punches and kicks.

My classes combine various exercises to keep the body guessing and constantly adapting. Here, students transition from core work to shadow boxing, improving stamina and reinforcing technique even when tired.

Weighted sit-ups are a staple in our conditioning. This exercise builds the raw strength needed to absorb impact and power through grappling exchanges on the ground.

We build strength in every plane of motion. Weighted lunges develop lower body power and stability, which is crucial for explosive footwork and powerful kicks.

We take the training outdoors to prepare for any environment. This session focuses on partner drills and conditioning in a real-world setting, because a fight can happen anywhere, anytime.

Partner-assisted wheelbarrow push-ups are an advanced conditioning drill that builds immense upper body and core strength. This is how we push past limits and build true warrior strength.

This isn't just a push-up; it's a test of strength and teamwork. Partner drills like this build the physical resilience and trust needed to train effectively and safely.

Don't just get fit, get combat ready. We end our sessions with combat stretching to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and prevent injuries, ensuring you're ready for the next grind.

About The Grind: Combat Conditioning

Don't expect to jump on a treadmill or track calories on a screen here. Every session is designed to mimic the chaos of a real fight—we use tire flips, medicine balls, and partner drills that leave you exhausted but functionally strong. You are training your nervous system to stay calm under the pressure of physical fatigue, not just burning fat.

My approach to conditioning is simple: if it doesn't serve a purpose in a survival situation, it isn't part of the workout. When you are in a street fight, your heart rate spikes and your fine motor skills suffer. That is why we don't just lift weights; we perform high-intensity, stress-based drills that force you to execute techniques correctly even when your lungs are burning.

Why Functional Strength Matters

In the real world, you don't fight in a controlled environment. You might be tired, you might be in a cramped space, or you might be dealing with multiple attackers. My training focuses on explosive power, grip strength, and total-body coordination. We use tools like tractor tires, medicine balls, and resistance drills to build a body that can handle impact and generate force from awkward positions.

What To Expect From My Classes

Each session lasts 60 to 90 minutes and follows a cycle:

  • Dynamic Warm-ups: Getting the body loose and alert.
  • Combat Drills: Partner-based exercises that mix striking and core engagement.
  • Pressure Testing: This is the core of the class. We recreate the adrenaline dump you would feel in a confrontation, teaching you to keep your hands up and your mind clear.
  • Combat Stretching: Recovery is a part of training. We ensure you leave the floor mobile and ready for the next day.

Whether you are training at my Chittaranjan Park facility or joining a weekend batch in Gurgaon, the atmosphere remains the same: industrial, focused, and ego-free. I work with beginners who have never thrown a punch and seasoned fighters looking to refine their base. If you want a workout that prepares you for life outside the gym, this is where you start.
