Full-Body Conditioning for Boxers in Nagpada, Mumbai
You cannot survive the ring if you lack the engine to back it up. We use unconventional strength training to build the explosive power and endurance you need to go the distance.
Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up. This video shows our circuit training, which includes skipping, tire flips, and shadow boxing to build all-around athleticism.
This is a look at our full-body circuit workout. With 12 rounds of high-intensity exercises, we push our members to their absolute limits to forge real strength and endurance.
Boxing training is a great way to improve overall fitness. Our sessions incorporate ladder drills, shadow boxing, and other exercises to improve endurance, speed, and strategy.
We build power from the ground up. Our strength training sessions include dumbbell work and core exercises, which are crucial for developing the stability and power needed for effective punches.
Keep going, no matter what. This video shows a student pushing through a tough conditioning circuit, transitioning from bagwork to dumbbell push-ups, building mental and physical grit.
About Beyond the Ring: Full-Body Conditioning
We do not use treadmills or AC machines here. You will be flipping tractor tyres, swinging sledgehammers, and battling ropes in our old-school Nagpada facility to build the kind of functional grit that transfers directly into your ring performance.
A boxer is only as good as their conditioning. If you gas out after two rounds, your technique does not matter. My approach to full-body conditioning is designed to mimic the chaos of a fight.
We focus on functional movements: compound lifts, explosive plyometrics, and high-intensity interval training. These 90-minute sessions are engineered to improve your grip strength, rotational power, and lung capacity. This conditioning is designed for everyone, from absolute beginners looking to drop body fat to serious fighters prepping for bouts.
Because we train in a raw, natural-airflow hall, you learn to push through the heat and fatigue just as you would in a competitive ring. It is about building a body that does not quit. You will rotate through heavy bags, resistance tools, and core circuits that target specific weak points in your stamina. It is heavy, sweaty, and effective.
