A sprawl is a defensive technique used to counter takedowns. We drill sprawls to build explosive hip power and the speed to react instantly. This movement builds strength, stamina, and speed.

This is the result of hard work. Our athlete shows off the skills and conditioning built on the mat. We train shadowboxing, footwork, and explosive movements to create well-rounded fighters.
