I don't just put on a video and disappear; I monitor your form on Zoom and adjust our HIIT or Hatha flow based on your energy that day. The goal isn't just a number on the scale, but how your body feels after 60 minutes.
Transformation isn't magic, and it doesn't happen in one day. It takes 'zid' or stubbornness to keep showing up, even when you are tired. My students have managed everything from significant weight and inch loss to reducing pain from varicose veins and stiff nerves, and they've done it from the comfort of their homes.
My Holistic Approach
I mix and match styles because your body needs different things on different days.
- For the Burn: We use HIIT, Tabata, and cardio to boost your metabolism and get that heart rate up.
- For the Body: We use Hatha and Vinyasa to build strength and flexibility.
- For the Soul: We always finish with Pranayam and meditation. This is the part that helps you feel calm, light, and actually happy after a workout.
Why Live Classes Work
I don't believe in pre-recorded videos where you guess if your posture is right. In my live Zoom classes, I am watching you. If I see your knee alignment is off or your back isn't straight during a stretch, I will correct it instantly. This real-time feedback is what prevents injury and helps you get the most out of your 60 minutes.
