I channel your child's natural energy into fun tumbling, balance, and core strength, helping them build confidence one step at a time.

This video shows the variety of activities in my kids' gymnastics class. You can see students practicing wheelbarrow walks for arm strength, backbends for flexibility, and learning to vault over equipment in a supervised setting.

Coordination and timing are key skills we develop in gymnastics. Here, the children are practicing synchronized forward rolls in a line, a fundamental tumbling exercise that is also a lot of fun.

Learning advanced moves like the bridge walk takes practice and courage. In this clip, my students are working on their backbend walks, building incredible back strength and coordination together as a group.

A typical gymnastics session starts with dynamic warm-ups, followed by skill-building exercises like cartwheels and wall-assisted handstands. I ensure every class is structured to help kids improve their physical abilities step by step.

This clip shows an instructor guiding a young gymnast through a forward roll and jump sequence. This kind of hands-on coaching is central to my teaching philosophy, helping kids master new skills safely.

Building the strength for a handstand is a major achievement. Here, one of our coaches provides support to a young student, helping her find her balance and alignment in a safe and controlled way.

We work on all aspects of gymnastics, including advanced flexibility and strength. This video shows our instructors assisting students with handstands and over-splits, always ensuring proper form and safety.

Core strength is the foundation of gymnastics. This session includes floor exercises to build abdominal muscles, along with specialized equipment like yoga ropes for supported inversions like the headstand.

A glimpse of the energy in our gymnastics class. Students are working on a range of skills, from side stretches and individual handstands to a full line of kids practicing their backbends together.

I always say, *Khush raho, Swasth raho* (Stay happy, stay healthy). This video of the kids having fun with backbend walks shows that workouts can and should be filled with laughter.

About Dynamic Gymnastics: Building Strength and Agility

Here is the real deal about my classes: we use thick crash mats and manual spotting because I want your child to feel safe enough to experiment. Gymnastics is not about being a pro athlete immediately; it is about the patience to learn a cartwheel or the courage to hold a handstand. If you are worried about your child being shy or not strong enough, do not be. Every child starts exactly where they need to be, and I am right there to guide them.
