We use props like wall ropes and foam blocks to help children find their alignment safely. This approach takes the pressure off getting a pose 'right' and lets them focus on how the stretch feels, making yoga a source of man ka sukoon rather than another competitive task.
Our classes go beyond simple stretching. We create a space where your child can just be themselves. By integrating Iyengar-style props like wall ropes, we ensure that every child, regardless of their current flexibility, can experience the full stretch of poses like Tree Pose or Cobra without strain.
Mindfulness through Movement It is not just about the physical asanas. We weave in basic Pranayama and cultural grounding through simple chants like the Gayatri Mantra or 'Om'. This helps kids learn to regulate their own energy, which is a skill they carry out of the studio and into their daily school and home lives.
The 'Koshish Karte Raho' Approach Everything we do is designed to build confidence. Whether it is holding a difficult balance or trying a new floor stretch, the focus is on the effort—the koshish—rather than the perfection of the pose. We laugh when we wobble, we cheer when we improve, and we keep trying.
