Find your inner peace and build physical strength with my guided yoga sessions. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, let's practice together to find balance.

Here are members practicing poses that strengthen the core and calm the mind. My yoga sessions for women are designed to help you feel light, look bright, and discover your inner power.

"Thaan liya, to thaan liya." Once you've made up your mind, anything is possible, like mastering the Sirsasana (headstand). This pose is excellent for relieving stress and increasing focus.

Performing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), a powerful backbend that opens up the chest and strengthens the entire body. This asana is a beautiful expression of energy and flexibility.

"Koshish karte raho." Keep trying, because every effort brings you closer to your goal. This clip shows a student working on her flexibility and strength.

"Thak jaati hu, lekin rukungi nahi." I get tired, but I won't stop. This is the spirit of our community, pushing through challenges to answer to ourselves.

I am here to guide you personally. In this clip, I am helping a student perfect her Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) alignment to maximize its benefits for balance and core strength.

Students practicing Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), a wonderful standing pose for stretching the sides of the body, hamstrings, and hips. It improves stability and balance.

A student performs a deep spinal twist, a great pose for improving spinal mobility and aiding digestion. We welcome everyone in our classes, creating a supportive space for all.

About Yoga for Mind & Body

Yoga isn't just about bending your body; it is about man ka sukoon (peace of mind). In my studio, we don't rush the process. Whether you are coming to heal back pain or just want to switch off from a hectic day, we use props like yoga blocks, ropes, and bamboo sticks to make sure you get the stretch right without straining. You don't need expensive gear here—just a bit of mehnat (hard work) and the will to show up.
