Here are members practicing poses that strengthen the core and calm the mind. My yoga sessions for women are designed to help you feel light, look bright, and discover your inner power.
"Thaan liya, to thaan liya." Once you've made up your mind, anything is possible, like mastering the Sirsasana (headstand). This pose is excellent for relieving stress and increasing focus.
Performing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), a powerful backbend that opens up the chest and strengthens the entire body. This asana is a beautiful expression of energy and flexibility.

About Yoga for Mind & Body
Yoga isn't just about bending your body; it is about man ka sukoon (peace of mind). In my studio, we don't rush the process. Whether you are coming to heal back pain or just want to switch off from a hectic day, we use props like yoga blocks, ropes, and bamboo sticks to make sure you get the stretch right without straining. You don't need expensive gear here—just a bit of mehnat (hard work) and the will to show up.
My approach is simple: yoga is for every body. We move away from the 'no pain, no gain' mindset and focus on sustainable progress. If you are struggling with stiffness, PCOD, or constant stress, my classes are designed to help you release that tension naturally.
What makes my practice different:
- Props for Everyone: I use Danda Yoga (stick yoga), ropes, and blocks to help you reach poses safely. These aren't just for advanced students; they are for anyone needing support to correct their alignment.
- Holistic Healing: We practice Hatha and Vinyasa flows that calm the nervous system while strengthening your muscles. It is not just about weight loss; it is about toning your body and feeling light from within.
- Community Energy: When you practice with a group in our Sector 46 studio, you feel a collective motivation that is hard to find when working out alone. We celebrate small wins, whether it is finally mastering a headstand or just feeling less anxious by the end of the class.
I believe in ghar ka khana (home food) and moving your body with joy, not out of obligation. Whether you choose to join us in the studio or connect via our live online sessions, my focus remains on giving you personal attention. You don't need to be flexible to start; you just need to start to become flexible.
