My Daily Fitness Routine and Mindset
I believe in practicing what I preach. These are clips from my personal daily workouts, keeping it real as a mom of two trying to stay strong, balanced, and at peace.
Self-motivation is the key to success. Here's a look at my own workout, from step aerobics to a wall-supported headstand. As a mom of two, I know how to find time for fitness.
A motivational thought during my kettlebell workout. I am determined to shine in the eyes of everyone who ever doubted me.
My mood for 2025: Unbothered, happy, focused, and glowing. A strong mindset is more important than anything else.
"Zindagi bahut choti hai, isliye just chill and enjoy." Life is short, so enjoy it. A clip from my daily workout report, using a stability ball for core exercises.

I am highly addicted to the "I'll handle it" energy. A clip from my personal step workout, showing my determination and strength.
About My Own Journey: Thaan Liya to Thaan Liya
You won't find magic pills or shortcuts in my routine. My daily workouts rely on simple equipment like steps, stability balls, and kettlebells, all paired with consistent effort. If you are struggling to find the balance between home responsibilities and your health, I want to show you that it is possible to reclaim your fitness without giving up your routine or your peace of mind.
I started this journey with a single decision: Thaan liya, to thaan liya (Once you decide, it is decided). For me, fitness is not about punishing your body or following an impossible diet. It is about understanding that your strength comes from within. Whether you are dealing with a busy work schedule, managing a home, or navigating PCOD and weight loss, the approach remains the same—slow, steady, and sustainable.
At my studio in Sector 46, Gurugram, we focus on what works for real people. This means we use 'ghar ka khana' for nutrition, not expensive supplements. My daily workouts incorporate:
- Functional Training: Using stability balls and steps to build core strength.
- Yoga & Flexibility: Including Danda Yoga and wall-rope work to improve posture.
- Strength: Using kettlebells and bodyweight to boost metabolism.
This cluster is a look into how I maintain my own consistency. I am not a fitness influencer living a distant life; I am a mother, a teacher, and a guide who faces the same challenges you do. If you have been waiting for the right time to start, stop waiting for 'kal' (tomorrow). Let us look at your specific needs, whether that means a group batch or 1-on-1 therapeutic attention, and build a plan that fits your life.
