I believe that fitness should never feel like a chore. In my studio in Sector 46, Gurugram, we treat every session as an opportunity to build bonds. When we celebrate Holi with colors or practice Garba during Navratri, it is not just about fun; it is about bringing that joy into our daily practice.
We are a community first. I have members who have been with me for years, and we have built a space where anyone from beginners to regular practitioners feels seen and heard. This matters because when you have a support system, you are more likely to stick to your goals. You will see grandmothers and young students practicing side-by-side, which is the heart of what we do.
