Real fitness for women goes beyond calorie counting. Whether you are navigating PCOD, hormonal shifts, or simply looking to regain your strength, my classes focus on reproductive health and inner peace.

Malasana (Garland Pose) is one of the best poses for women's health. Practicing this daily helps open up the pelvic floor and can be very beneficial for managing PCOD and PCOS.

This is one of the best practices for female health. These wide-legged forward bends and hip openers are essential for a healthy reproductive system.

A yoga flow specifically designed for female reproductive health. Poses like Malasana (Garland Pose) are incredibly beneficial for women.

Our female-special batch for weight loss and inch loss. These leg raises are excellent for strengthening the lower abdomen and core.

Let's open the pelvic muscles. This is a key focus in my female wellness batches to improve flexibility and support overall reproductive health.

About Fitness for Women's Health

I specialize in pelvic floor health and deep hip openers, which many standard fitness routines miss. We use targeted asanas to support your reproductive system, helping you manage PCOD and PCOS naturally while you build strength.

Why Women's Fitness Needs a Different Approach

Many fitness programs focus only on high-intensity cardio that can actually increase stress levels, which isn't helpful if you are already managing hormonal imbalances like PCOD or PCOS. My approach at World Peace Yoga Centre is different. We slow down to focus on what your body actually needs: alignment, pelvic health, and functional strength.

What We Practice

  • Targeted Asanas: We use specific flows, including Malasana and wide-legged hip openers, to improve blood circulation to the pelvic region.
  • Danda Yoga & Props: I use bamboo sticks (Danda), ropes, and blocks to help you get into positions that might otherwise feel impossible. These props provide support so you can hold poses longer and reap the benefits.
  • Kitchen-Based Nutrition: I do not believe in pills or expensive supplements. We focus on 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food). I help you modify what you are already eating to support your goals, whether that’s inch loss or managing energy levels.

A Community of Support

This isn't just a workout; it is a 'mandal' (circle) of support. When you join this batch, you are joining a group of women who understand exactly what you are going through. We share the journey—the struggles with consistency and the victories when you start feeling better. Whether you join me in my Sector 46 studio or online from your home, the goal remains the same: steady, sustainable progress. Thaan liya to thaan liya—once you commit to your health, we will make it happen together.
