The kitchen in the Limestone Residence features custom cabinetry crafted from teak with a natural linseed oil polish. The perforated cabinet doors add a decorative yet functional detail, while the stone backsplash and countertops provide a durable and elegant surface.
This bathroom, though lacking natural light, feels bright and spacious due to the use of horizontally grained stone walls and a large circular mirror. The minimalist design and clean lines create a serene and modern powder room.
In the East Coast Residence, this bathroom showcases our focus on integrating storage without compromising on style. The wooden vanity with open shelving provides functionality, while the warm-toned tiles and unique sconces add character.
This bathroom in the Mango Orchard House opens up to a private, open-to-sky courtyard filled with plants. This connection to nature brings an abundance of natural light and a sense of tranquility to the space.

We used a striking black and white marble for the countertop in this bathroom, paired with a warm teak vanity. The design is a play of contrasts, with modern black fixtures set against textured grey walls and natural wood.

About Refined Kitchens & Bathrooms
In our kitchen projects, we frequently utilize recycled Burma teak with natural linseed oil finishes, which provides enduring durability and warmth. By integrating ventilation cabinets with wood louvers, we ensure optimal airflow, which is a necessity for longevity in the humid climate of Mumbai.
A kitchen is a working laboratory, and our designs prioritize ergonomic efficiency paired with material honesty. We favor exposed plywood and natural stone, avoiding superficial finishes that degrade over time. Each drawer and cabinet is designed for seamless operation, ensuring the space remains a calm environment even during intense daily use.
For bathrooms, we strive to bring natural light into the layout. By using strategically placed fluted glass or internal light wells, we ensure these private spaces feel airy. We integrate structural elements like floating vanities and recessed lighting to eliminate visual clutter. Whether working with limestone, marble, or local slate, our objective is to ensure the material remains the primary focus. This creates a serene atmosphere that connects directly to the rest of the home. Every joinery detail, from flush skirtings to shadow gaps, is documented in our drawings to ensure precise execution on site.
