The living area of the Mango Orchard House is a study in volume and light. The double-height ceiling and expansive glass walls create a powerful connection to the outdoors, while the furniture arrangement fosters intimate conversation zones within the grand space.
Sunlight streams into this living room, highlighting the vibrant magenta rug and the natural textures of the wooden furniture. The layout is oriented towards the floor-to-ceiling windows, making the surrounding mango orchard the main focal point.

In the East Coast Residence, we used a palette of soft, earthy tones and rich textures to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A large abstract painting adds a splash of color and personality to the minimalist living room design.

We prefer to define living and dining zones through spatial planning and furniture orientation rather than rigid partitions. By utilizing elements like fluted glass sliding doors or strategic floor-to-ceiling windows, we ensure these areas remain airy and interconnected while still allowing for quiet, private moments.
Our approach to grand living and dining spaces is rooted in a desire for clarity. In projects like the Mango Orchard House, we utilized double-height ceilings and expansive glass to dissolve the boundary between the interior and the exterior landscape. We treat the living room not as a display area, but as a sanctuary. By employing monolithic forms and natural textures—recycled Burma teak, local slate, and raw stone—we build environments that feel substantial yet serene.
For urban residences, such as the Limestone Residence, we maximize the sense of volume by stripping away non-essential partitions. Instead of traditional walls, we use fluted glass or strategic furniture placement to distinguish between the dining zone and the conversation area. This allows light to travel freely, ensuring the home feels like a cohesive whole rather than a series of disconnected rooms. We view architecture as a narrative; every material choice and structural line serves to bring a quiet, composed rhythm to your daily life.
