From weekend retreats nestled in coconut groves to urban sanctuaries in Mumbai, these projects embody our focus on site-specific design, natural materials, and the quiet beauty of a well-lived life.

This is Pavilion House, our prairie-style retreat in Nashik. We designed this low-lying home to merge with the landscape, creating a visceral connection between the structure and its semi-arid surroundings. The expansive glass and open living spaces are central to our belief in architecture that breathes.

The living area of Grove House in Alibaug, designed as a gathering space for a veteran sailor and his family. The high, pitched roof and floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between the interior and the surrounding coconut grove, creating a sanctuary filled with tropical light.

An exterior view of Maison Rouge, a family home built on ancestral land in the Konkan belt. We balanced contemporary planning with vernacular building traditions, using locally sourced laterite stone to create a structure that feels rooted in its place and history.

The master suite of Summer Haus, a Mumbai bungalow we designed for a filmmaker couple. The design features a dramatic bay window and a custom bamboo chandelier, reflecting a blend of diverse cultures and a love for cinematic, memorable spaces.

A quiet moment in Apartment 1005, where we created distinct enclaves for each family member. This view shows the living area and bar, defined by clean lines, custom teak furniture, and a palette of earthy, natural materials that feel both timeless and modern.

A detail of the master bathroom in Summer Haus, showcasing our passion for material expression. Here, a custom-fabricated vanity from richly veined marble stands as a sculptural element, complemented by a uniquely shaped mirror and artisanal wall sconces.

A candid moment at Maison Rouge, where the home's veranda opens directly to the rural landscape. This image captures the essence of what we strive for: creating an oasis where our clients can withdraw from the city and reconnect with nature and their roots.

The terrace of Apartment 1600, a bachelor pad overlooking the Arabian Sea. We designed this outdoor space as a seamless extension of the living area, proving that even in a dense urban environment, you can have a luxurious, open-air sanctuary for lounging and entertaining.

About Featured

Our process begins with a detailed environmental analysis, factoring in local wind patterns, sun orientation, and regional materials like laterite stone before a single line is drawn. This ensures that whether we are designing a weekend villa or an urban apartment, the structure naturally responds to its climate while maintaining a distinct, rooted identity.
