We design monolithic homes that exist in quiet conversation with their surroundings. Every project is a study in landscape integration, where built forms are shaped by the trees, light, and terrain they inhabit.

An aerial view captures the Mango Orchard House nestled within its dense, green surroundings. The design carefully navigates the existing trees, with a green roof over the terrace further blending the structure into the landscape.

This drone shot shows the winding driveway we designed to meander through the mango orchard, preserving the existing trees. The house appears as a quiet, modern form emerging from the canopy.

From above, the geometric layout of the house and its surrounding pathways becomes clear. The design is a thoughtful response to the site, creating a private residence that feels completely immersed in nature.

The clean, white monolithic form of the house contrasts with the organic texture of the surrounding trees. The roofline is punctuated by openings for the open-to-sky courtyards that bring light into the home's core.

This aerial perspective highlights the home's unique T-shaped footprint and the way the driveway curves around a central cluster of trees. Our sustainable approach ensured not a single mango tree was cut during construction.

A top-down view reveals the geometric purity of the roof structure, with its clean lines and precisely cut openings for the internal courtyards. This showcases the architectural clarity of the design.

The house is designed with deep-set windows and recessed balconies, creating a play of light and shadow on the facade while providing shade and privacy for the rooms within.

This image shows the full extent of the Mango Orchard House, a 13,000 sq.ft. weekend home conceived as a tranquil retreat that fosters a deep connection with the surrounding landscape.

The exterior facade of the Mango Orchard House is a composition of solid white walls and large glass voids. A black metal pergola extends from the ground floor, creating a shaded outdoor living area that integrates with the garden.

About Architectural Forms in Nature

The Mango Orchard House serves as our blueprint for site-responsive architecture. Rather than imposing a structure on the landscape, we mapped every existing mango tree before breaking ground, winding our driveway around roots, and puncturing our rooflines to invite the canopy inside.
