Grand Living & Dining Spaces
We design living areas as the heart of the home, focusing on open-plan layouts, an abundance of natural light, and a sense of spaciousness. Our spaces are intentionally uncluttered, allowing the curated furniture, contemporary art, and rich material textures to create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere for daily life and entertaining.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living
We dissolve the boundaries between inside and out by designing around the natural landscape. Our homes feature open-to-sky courtyards, expansive terraces, and large glazed openings that frame views and invite the environment in, creating a constant connection to nature.
Contemplative Bedrooms & Private Retreats
Our bedrooms are designed as personal sanctuaries, characterized by a minimalist aesthetic and a focus on comfort. We utilize a calm, neutral palette, soft textures, and smart storage solutions to create uncluttered, restful spaces that are both functional and serene.
Refined Kitchens & Bathrooms
We approach functional spaces with the same design rigor as our living areas. Kitchens feature custom cabinetry and natural materials for a timeless appeal, while bathrooms are designed as bright, open spaces, often incorporating natural stone and connections to private courtyards.
Sculptural Staircases & Passageways
We treat transitional spaces as opportunities for architectural expression. Our staircases are often designed as monolithic, sculptural elements crafted from materials like solid teak and brass, while passageways are thoughtfully lit to guide movement and display art.
Architectural Forms in Nature
We conceive our buildings as monolithic forms that are thoughtfully integrated into their surroundings. This collection showcases our custom villa architecture, including weekend homes designed to exist in harmony with the landscape, as seen in our Mango Orchard House project.

We are a boutique architectural firm founded by Nupur Shah and Saahil Parikh, committed to creating simple, seamless design solutions. We work on a limited number of projects to ensure our principal architects are involved from start to finish, fostering a highly customized and collaborative process.
