Our Take on Residential Design

• Minimalist home design is our thing. We keep spaces clean and uncluttered, blending Japanese simplicity with a bit of modern Indian vibe.
• Nature isn’t just outside. We try to bring it into your home - big windows, open courtyards, and layouts that flow with the landscape. Got a mango orchard? We’ll design around it, not through it.
• Materials matter to us. We use stuff like recycled Burma teak and local stone because their textures and stories add character. No unnecessary ornamentation - the material does all the work.

• If you want something from scratch - like custom villa architecture or a weekend home - we’re up for it. Every plot is a fresh start.
• Already have a place? We love transforming bare apartments or combining spaces into one home that feels whole.
