When you walk into our studio, you will notice the green turf flooring provides extra grip and cushioning for those inverted aerial poses. We keep our group classes capped at 12 people to make sure you get hands-on alignment help from our instructors, whether you are working on a basic Hatha flow or finally nailing your first inversion in the hammock.
