This is where skill is forged. I guide one of our dedicated boxers through a padwork drill, focusing on a dynamic combination of jabs, crosses, weaves, and uppercuts. These one on one sessions are essential for sharpening reflexes, improving technique, and building fight intelligence.
I believe in starting them young. Here, one of our youngest champions learns to throw punches with proper form and confidence during a kids boxing class. My focus is on making fitness fun while teaching discipline, respect, and the core fundamentals of boxing in a safe environment.
Strength isn't just physical, it's mental. This is a look at my own training regimen, from heavy bag work to sparring drills. I practice the same discipline and intensity that I demand from my students, because I believe a coach must lead by example.

We do not do fancy machines or air conditioning here because those comforts do not build grit. Our facility in Nagpada is raw, focused entirely on natural airflow, heavy bag work, and real-world endurance. Whether you are stepping into the ring for the first time or grinding through a circuit, you are here to master the fundamentals of defense and power, not to workout in luxury.
