Sharpen your accuracy, defense, and reaction time. These aren't just drills; they are the building blocks of real ring intelligence.
I'm working with a student on his padwork, focusing on a powerful left-right combination. These drills are crucial for developing speed, accuracy, and the muscle memory for effective combos.

About One on One: Padwork & Sparring Drills
Padwork isn't just about cardio; it is where I see your flaws in real-time. Whether it is a dip in your shoulder during a cross or a telegraphing hook, these 1-on-1 sessions allow us to tighten your defense and polish your combos before you ever step into sparring. You are not just hitting mitts; you are learning how to fight.
There is a massive difference between hitting a heavy bag and working with a live coach. In our one-on-one sessions, we focus on the nuances that get missed in large group classes: weight transfer, head movement, and finding the right distance to land your strikes.
We start with foundational padwork to build your muscle memory. I’ll guide you through specific boxing techniques—like the jab-cross-hook rhythm or slipping a counter—until they become automatic. Once your form is tight, we move into controlled, supervised sparring. This is where the theory hits reality. We focus on sparring safety, ensuring you learn to take and give punches without ego.
Whether you are training for amateur exhibitions or just want to feel the pace of a real fight, these sessions are designed to upgrade your boxing techniques and combative strategy. We operate out of our Nagpada facility, which is a raw, old-school boxing environment. No AC, no distractions—just you, the ring, and the work. If you want to refine your footwork drills, increase your punch accuracy, or develop a smarter defense, this is the environment for it.

I run this place on one rule: earn your stripes. I take what I’ve learned—from professional coaching to the intensity of a film set—and break it down so you can actually apply it. If you’re ready to stop just exercising and start boxing, we’ll get to work.
