I provide direct feedback and instruction during our group sessions. Here, I'm coaching a student on his form and defense during a sparring simulation, ensuring he learns to react effectively.
A typical workout of the day shows the complete process from warm-ups and shadow boxing to padwork and core exercises. We train every aspect of a fighter's conditioning in our group sessions.

About Adult Group Training
Our group sessions are not about mindless cardio or gym machines. You will be skipping, performing technical shadow boxing, and grinding through tire-and-battle-rope circuits under the watchful eye of our coaches. It is a raw, non-AC environment designed to strip away the fluff and build actual stamina. We keep the groups capped to ensure you receive genuine form correction, not just a generic workout.
The Reality of Our Training
We don’t believe in AC-cooled comfort zones. Vision Boxing is an old-school training hall in Nagpada where the floor, the air, and the work are real. Our 90-minute group sessions are structured to transform your fitness levels, whether you are picking up gloves for the first time or training to sharpen your competitive edge.
What You Get in Each Session
Every batch follows a rigorous, full-body protocol:
- Conditioning: 20 minutes of skipping, jogging, and dynamic stretches to prime your engine.
- Technical Drills: Guided shadow boxing and footwork practice where you learn to move like a fighter.
- Bag Work: Rotational access to our six heavy bags and wrecking balls for power development.
- Functional Strength: We use tractor tires, sledgehammers, and battle ropes—not machines—to build explosive functional power.
- Core Finish: The final 15 minutes are dedicated to abdominal strength, essential for stability and punch power.
