Real Clinical Yoga Therapy Results
I teach functional yoga online that actually heals. No magic fixes or aesthetic trends, just proven technique and consistent effort.
(Hero Media) This video shows how a student achieved Kakasana (Crow Pose) in a single class. It’s not about magic, it’s about breaking down the mechanics step by step, which is the foundation of my teaching.
People say group online classes don't work, but they do when the teacher pays attention. Here you can see me giving individual corrections to help students safely achieve Rajakapotasana, proving personal guidance is possible from anywhere.
This is the difference between safe teaching and dangerous practice. I show why forcing a headstand with physical adjustments is risky and how my students learn it correctly and independently online through technique and patience.
This is what true learning looks like. One of my students explains the mechanics of Svarga Dvijasana, showing she hasn't just learned a pose, but has understood the principles of functional strength and compression behind it.
Age is not a barrier to strength and flexibility. This student, in his 40s with a desk job, has mastered advanced asanas like Bakasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana entirely through my online mentorship.
Physical assistance is not necessary when the technique is clear. This video shows how students learn the correct alignment for Parivrtta Parsvakonasana online, building strength and awareness without a teacher's physical intervention.
My own practice is the foundation of my teaching. Here I am working on a handstand and Dhanurasana, because a teacher must first and foremost be a dedicated student of yoga.
About this collection
You do not need fancy studios or props to get results. My online classes are capped at 12 students, allowing me to provide live, verbal corrections as you practice. We focus on building functional strength and internal health using your own body mechanics, not expensive equipment, which is how we tackle everything from chronic stiffness to mastering advanced asanas.
Most people believe online yoga cannot be effective because the teacher cannot adjust the student physically. I prove this wrong daily. My methodology revolves around micro-corrections and clear instruction, not physical manipulation. Whether you are dealing with chronic issues like herniated discs or simply want to learn advanced poses like headstands safely, the process remains the same: step-by-step technique, patience, and consistency.
I do not chase the aesthetic 'yoga body' often marketed online. Instead, I focus on therapeutic alignment. If you join my group classes, you get 12 live sessions per month, three times a week. We do not use blocks or straps; we use walls, chairs, and floor space to create resistance and stability. This forces you to develop true control over your limbs and core.
For those requiring more specific attention, I offer one-on-one clinical rehab. This involves a personalized analysis of your limitations, including reviews of your medical reports if necessary. I work with you to design a sequence that protects your joints while building strength.
Yoga is not about the end pose. It is about the 'shraddhe' (faith) you put into the practice every day. If you are tired of gimmicks and want to actually feel the difference in your movement, we can start there. Barutte, barutte—it will come, but only if you show up.
