If you are dealing with irregular periods, PCOS, or are planning for a baby, I want you to know you are not alone. This video shows some of the gentle asanas I teach in my classes, like Devi Asana (Goddess Pose) and Chakkiasana (Mill Churning Pose), which are designed to improve blood flow to the pelvic region and support your hormonal health.
Here is a look at a one-hour full-body yoga routine that you can do right from your home. I focus on a sequence of poses like the Butterfly Pose and gentle forward bends to release tension, build strength, and help you feel good in your body again, especially after delivery.
Postpartum hair fall was a big struggle for me, and I know it is for many new mothers. This one-minute routine includes poses that increase blood circulation to the scalp, which naturally strengthens hair roots and promotes healthy hair growth.
Pranayama, or breathing exercises, are so important during pregnancy. In this video, I guide you through gentle techniques like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama that help calm the nervous system, improve digestion, and prepare your body and mind for delivery.
This is a quick guide to nine yoga poses that I recommend for managing PCOS symptoms. It includes asanas like Malasana (Garland Pose) and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) that specifically target the pelvic area to help regulate cycles and support overall hormonal balance.

About Featured
Consistency is honestly more important than intensity. In my live group sessions, we focus on small, intentional movements that actually work, whether you are managing PCOS symptoms, recovering postpartum, or just dealing with daily back pain. We practice together via Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your living room without worrying about a crowded studio or complicated equipment.
Finding Your Balance, Right From Home
I believe yoga shouldn't feel like a chore. Whether you are dealing with irregular periods, thyroid issues, or trying to lose weight after delivery, my goal is to give you a space where you feel heard and supported. I don't believe in crash diets or extreme workouts; instead, we focus on movements that help your body heal naturally.
What My Classes Focus On
- Hormonal Health: We use specific asanas like Malasana (Garland Pose) and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) to stimulate pelvic blood flow, which is crucial for managing PCOS, PCOD, and regulating cycles.
- Postpartum Recovery: If you are a new mom, we work on gentle core strengthening and back care to help with that postpartum weakness and stiffness I know all too well.
- Weight & Strength: My live sessions include 15-20 minutes of dedicated flow to boost metabolism and assist with sustainable weight loss without putting extra strain on your body.
- Stress Relief: No session is complete without pranayama. We use techniques like Nadi Shodhan and Bhramari to calm the nervous system, helping you manage anxiety and sleep better.
How We Practice
My classes are held live over Google Meet. This allows me to guide you through each pose and offer real-time corrections, even if we are miles apart. You just need a mat, a cushion, and a little bit of consistency. I keep the batches small so that every woman feels seen and supported during her journey, not just lost in a crowd. If you are ready to stop feeling guilty about your health and start feeling strong again, I would love to have you in our next batch.
