Whether it is a 'Desk Detox' session for a corporate team like Roadzen or an open-air community flow in Rohini, I focus on movements that you can actually sustain. We keep it practical—often without needing a mat or gym attire—so you can find that mental reset even during a busy workday.
My approach to wellness is simple: fitness should feel like a celebration, not a chore. That is why I mix Hatha, Vinyasa, and functional movements with light-hearted elements like Yoga Dance and facial yoga.
Corporate Wellness Without the Stress
When I work with corporate teams, the goal is immediate relief. You do not need to change into gym clothes or bring a heavy mat. My 'Desk Detox' sessions focus on the reality of office life—tech-neck, wrist strain, and the afternoon energy slump. We use chair-based movements and breathwork that you can do right at your desk, ensuring everyone feels refreshed without losing productivity.
Community & Public Events
For larger gatherings and RWA events, I shift the energy. These sessions are about building a vibe. We use music, laughter, and collective chanting to connect. It is less about perfecting a pose and more about the shared experience of moving together. I have seen shy participants transform into confident movers by the end of a session because I make sure to offer modifications for every comfort level.
