You do not need to change into gym clothes or clear out a conference room to get started. My chair yoga sessions are designed to be done right at your desk, focusing on simple stretches for neck and back pain that fit easily into a busy workday.
Wellness at work is often overcomplicated, but I keep it simple and effective. Whether your team is feeling the strain of tech-neck from long hours at a computer or general fatigue after lunch, we can address it right where you sit.
What the sessions look like
- Desk Detox: We focus on ergonomic movements to relieve tension in the shoulders, wrists, and neck. These are subtle, effective, and require zero equipment.
- Eye Yoga: Since most of our work involves screens, I include quick exercises to reduce eye strain and fatigue.
- Breathwork: Simple, five-minute guided breathing techniques help the whole team reset their energy and focus without needing a quiet studio.
Why this works
I have seen how a short, 60-minute break can change the vibe of an entire office. By removing the barrier of needing a gym or special gear, it becomes easy for everyone to participate. I travel to offices across Delhi NCR, bringing my mats only if we are doing a larger flow session, but for corporate desk work, your office chair is usually all we need.
