About Aerial Yoga Classes
Why I Teach Aerial Yoga
Movement is my meditation. I don’t chase perfect poses, I care more about what you discover about yourself along the way. For me, it’s about showing up, not showing off. Consistency beats extremes, always.
What My Classes Feel Like
Think of it as a mix of yoga, a bit of dance, a dash of Pilates, and a lot of fun. We use a soft hammock hanging from the ceiling - it supports you, challenges you, and sometimes flips your world upside down. I’m a big fan of inversions, and aerial hammock yoga lets you try them in a way that feels safe and freeing. You’ll sweat, stretch, and probably laugh. Most people leave class in a much better mood.
Who Shows Up Here
Anyone who wants to move, honestly. You don’t need to be flexible or fit. I’m a fitmom, so I get how hard it is to find time for yourself, especially for moms. Aerial yoga for beginners, for moms, for anyone who wants to try something new - you’re welcome here.
What to Expect in My Space
Classes happen in my bright, home studio in Noida. It’s clean, safe, and not intimidating. I offer options for every level, so you can go at your own pace. We work on strength, flexibility, and sometimes do partner aerial yoga for a bit of trust and fun.
Facing Fears
Hanging from a silk looks scary, I know. But I’m right there with you, and safety is non-negotiable. We’ll turn nerves into confidence, one move at a time.

My Story
Hey, I’m just your friendly yogagirl and fitmom, always chasing that moving meditation vibe. Movement’s magic for me, no lie. Sometimes I’m upside down, sometimes just chilling on the mat, but it’s all about healing and self-love. Goa’s Tambi Surla temple? Felt the same energy as I do when I practice. Har Har Mahadev! I’m here to get braver, not better than anyone else, just competing with myself, every damn day.
