My aerial classes are a full-body workout designed to build lean muscle and a powerful core. We use the hammock for resistance and support to perform exercises like suspended planks, pull-ups, and crunches that you can't do on a mat. This approach builds functional strength in a dynamic and engaging way.

Inversions & Playful Hangs

One of the most unique benefits of aerial yoga is getting to hang upside down. My classes guide you safely through various inversions that help decompress the spine, improve circulation, and bring a fun, new perspective to your practice. We explore everything from simple hangs to dynamic inverted flows.

Flexibility & Deep Stretches

The aerial hammock is an amazing tool for increasing flexibility safely and effectively. It supports your body weight, allowing you to relax into deep stretches, open up tight hips and shoulders, and lengthen your muscles beyond what is typically possible on the mat.

Supported Balance & Standing Poses

In my classes, we explore how the aerial hammock can enhance traditional standing yoga poses. The fabric acts as a partner, providing support to help you find better alignment, hold poses longer, and challenge your balance in new ways. This makes it perfect for both beginners and advanced students.
