About this collection

At Bengaluru MMA, we believe every child has a fighter's spirit. We aren't just a place to burn off energy. We build character through combat sports. Our kids' program covers a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, and Grappling (BJJ) tailored specifically for ages 5 to 15.
What to expect in class:
- Safe Technique: We emphasize body mechanics, balance, and coordination first. Kids learn to pivot, strike, and move with control rather than just swinging. We use soft protective gear and provide constant supervision during every drill.
- Beyond the Ring: Our curriculum includes self-defense modules on situational awareness and anti-bullying. It's about knowing how to carry yourself with confidence.
