About Youth Warriors in Training
We operate two distinct tracks at our Kammanahalli studio: a 2-day-a-week foundation batch for focused discipline in either Muay Thai or BJJ, and a 3-day-a-week integrated MMA batch for those ready to mix striking and grappling. All training happens in our non-AC, naturally ventilated setting designed to build heat tolerance and mental toughness—expect your child to work hard, sweat, and learn the value of showing up.
Our Approach to Youth Combat
We don't train kids for trophies; we train them to handle the everyday fight. Our youth programs are built on a bedrock of fundamentals, whether it is the 'Art of Eight Limbs' in Muay Thai or the defensive ground game of Jiu-Jitsu.
What to Expect in Class:
- Muay Thai: Your child will learn proper stance, strike combinations, and the traditional Wai Kru ritual, which teaches them to respect the art and their mentors.
- Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals: We introduce grappling safely, focusing on break falls and foundational positions like closed guard so they understand how to protect themselves.
- Conditioning: Every session includes bodyweight drills, core work, and flexibility training to build a body capable of lasting the distance.
Why the 'Raw' Environment Matters
We keep our studio non-AC. Training in a naturally ventilated environment forces the body to adapt to heat and exhaustion, building the physical and mental resilience that carries over into school and life. Safety is non-negotiable here. Sparring is always supervised with full protective gear, ensuring that while the effort is intense, the practice remains controlled and safe.
Getting Started
We require a one-time registration fee, and you will need to purchase personal safety gear (gloves, handwraps, shin guards) separately. Our instructors work hands-on with every student, ensuring that even if your child has zero experience, they will be taught the proper mechanics from day one. This is a space for those who want to commit, learn, and earn their stripes.

We started Raw Combat Fitness because martial arts is more than just punches and kicks. We respect old traditions, but we are about the everyday fight—showing up, grinding, and getting better regardless of experience. Your child comes here to train with purpose, not to play around.
