Kids Martial Arts & Self-Defense Training
We don't just teach kids how to punch or kick. We build strength, discipline, and a mindset that helps them stand tall anywhere—in the classroom, on the playground, and beyond.

About this collection
People often worry that martial arts makes children aggressive. At our club, it is exactly the opposite. We use structured MMA and boxing drills to teach kids that true strength requires control, patience, and absolute respect for their training partners. Your child isn't just learning to fight; they are learning that they can handle pressure and stay calm when things get tough.
Building More Than Muscle
Martial arts is a commitment. When kids come to our gym, they aren't just here to burn energy. We use a blend of Kickboxing, Boxing, and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) to teach them that progress comes from repetition and mental resilience.
What Your Child Learns With Us:
- Discipline & Focus: We start with the basics—stance, balance, and listening. These are skills that carry over directly into schoolwork and everyday tasks.
- Practical Self-Defense: We teach situational awareness. Our drills focus on verbal de-escalation and escape techniques, giving kids the tools to protect themselves without needing to be aggressive.
- Physical Conditioning: We move away from boring gym routines. We incorporate age-appropriate gymnastics, ladder drills, and bodyweight exercises that build coordination, agility, and stamina.
Our Philosophy: The 'Family' Approach
We don't train kids in isolation. We run a brotherhood. Older students often help mentor the younger beginners, which builds a culture of support rather than competition. Whether your child is naturally athletic or a bit shy, they get the same attention. We have seen students arrive timid and leave with their heads held high—exactly like the 'haathi' (elephant) that keeps walking regardless of the noise around it.
Training Locations
We run these sessions at our dedicated studios in Horamavu and Richards Town. Each space is equipped with high-density mats to ensure safety during sparring and tumbling. We believe in keeping the groups managed so every child gets hands-on guidance from our coaches.
Bodyforce Fight Club
I’m a fighter and a coach who believes every child has a warrior inside. We don’t treat kids like delicate flowers; we treat them like students who are ready to learn, sweat, and grow. This isn't a daycare; it's a family where your child learns that they are stronger than they think.
