Monthly Standard MMA Membership
Core Training Schedule
- Access to 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 to 13 per month).
- Weekday Slots: Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 07:30 AM.
- Weekend Access: Saturday or Sunday Striking/Open Mat.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
Curriculum & Facility
- Hybrid training: Striking (Muay Thai/Boxing), Takedowns (Judo/Wrestling), and Ground Game (No Gi BJJ).
- Training Surface: Fully matted dojo with puzzle mats.
- Cooling: Non AC facility (ceiling fans).
Essential Info
- Gear: Communal heavy bags provided; personal gear (gloves, guards) must be purchased separately.
- Etiquette: Strict adherence to Dojo discipline.

Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never thrown a punch or you’ve already been in the ring. Beginner MMA classes are there for newbies - we build your basics from the ground up. Adults and kids, men and women, everyone’s welcome.
How Training Feels
Each session is a proper workout - sweat, drills, and live sparring sessions. You’ll learn takedowns, ground control, escapes, and submissions, then test it all with real partners under supervision.

My Story
We kicked off The Dojo with a simple idea - bring every martial art together, right here in Bangalore. Not just a gym, this place is kinda like a second home for fighters, kids, office folks, anyone. Watching our coach Uma Maheshwar fight for India at Asian Games, that was wild. We’re all about sweat, sore muscles, big grins after class. Tomorrow, we’re back at it. That’s the vibe. Warrior spirit, always.
