Amateur Access: 3 Days/Week
Core Restrictions
- Frequency: Strictly limited to 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 to 13 per month).
- Location: Valid for a single home branch only. No roaming between centers.
- Disciplines: Rotation of Boxing, Kickboxing, and Functional Fitness drills.
Facility Access
- Training Area: Access to standard EVA foam puzzle mats and heavy bag stations.
- Shared Equipment: Use of communal gear like focus pads, kick shields, and battle ropes.
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms and cubby storage (locks not provided).
Key Exclusions
- No Sparring: Purely for fitness and technique; contact sparring is not permitted.
- Personal Gear: Boxing gloves and handwraps are not included in the fee and must be purchased separately.

What You’ll Learn
I run sessions that mix MMA basics, boxing drills, kickboxing for fitness, Muay Thai fundamentals, and some ground stuff with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You’re not just getting fit - you pick up practical self-defense training and actual skills you use outside the gym. Confidence goes up, guaranteed.
How Classes Go Down
Classes start with a warm-up, then we move into agility and footwork drills. After that, it’s technique time on the bags, pads, and with partners. If you’re keen and ready, there’s controlled sparring (safe, not scary).

My Story
We started Kia Kaha because we were tired of gyms that felt like a chore. Kia Kaha means 'stay strong' in Maori, and that’s our thing. Not just muscles, but guts, confidence, and bouncing back when life smacks you. Our place isn’t scary or fancy, it’s just real people, beginners mostly, finding their groove. You come in stressed, leave feeling like you can take on anything. That’s our vibe, every single day.
My Work
Our Training - We run MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense classes. No two days are the same.
Beginner Friendly - Most folks are new. We teach from scratch. You don’t need to be fit, just show up.
Community Vibe - It’s more than a gym. The energy here lifts you up. Coaches push, support, and make it fun.
Flexible Timings - Morning or evening, we’ve got classes at Koramangala, Indiranagar, Sarjapur-Marathahalli, JP Nagar.
