We prioritize raw, functional gear over fancy machines. You will work with ceiling-mounted climbing ropes, plyometric boxes, agility ladders, and heavy slam balls on our EVA training mats. This setup allows for explosive movements like bear crawls, partner carries, and burpees without being locked into a set motion path.
Our floor-based coaching is hands-on. Whether you are using Olympic plates for compound lifts or perfecting your form on bodyweight ring work, our instructors are there to provide immediate, verbal corrections.
