In-Person Contest Prep & Training (Ghaziabad)
Training Protocol
- Location: Training conducted strictly at 'The Good Health Gym' or designated facility in Ghaziabad (RDC/Indirapuram).
- Facility Type: Basic iron gym environment with heavy plates, loud music, and basic ventilation (fans/limited AC).
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), with sessions lasting 90 to 120 minutes.
- Supervision: Real-time form correction and spotting assistance for heavy compound lifts to force failure reps.
Nutrition & Strategy
- Diet Plan: Strict bodybuilding diet chart provided bi-weekly or monthly. Focuses on whole foods like boiled chicken (250g-1kg variations), rice, and signature Green Juice.
- Note: All grocery costs are borne by the client.
- Supplementation: Guidance on stacks (Whey, BCAA, Pre-workout) and cycle management advice.
Stage Readiness
- Posing: 1-2 dedicated sessions per week correcting mandatory poses (Front Double Biceps, Lat Spread, Side Chest).
- Peak Week: 7-day final protocol covering water manipulation, sodium loading, and carb-up strategies.
- Support: Access to team group for updates and backstage support for local Delhi/NCR shows.
Remote Contest Prep & Coaching
Digital Coaching Framework
- Onboarding: Initial video/voice consultation (30-40 mins) to assess body condition and competition targets.
- Communication: Primary contact via WhatsApp and direct phone calls.
- Check-ins: Weekly monitoring requiring update photos (Front, Back, Side) and weighing scale readings.
- Adjustments: Diet and Cardio changes provided within 24 hours of check-in based on visual progress.
Resources Provided
- Workout Plan: Static PDF or text-based workout chart updated every 4-6 weeks.
- Limitation: Does not include real-time form correction or spotting.
- Diet Chart: Strict diet plan tailored to metabolic rate, featuring standard staples like green juice and boiled protein sources.
Final Prep Guidance
- Peak Week: Day-by-day breakdown for the final 7 days covering water, salt, and carb manipulation.
- Posing: Review of user-submitted posing videos with voice-note feedback on angles and improvements.
